Return or Exchange Policy
1. We ONLY ACCEPT the service after sales within 3 days from the day parcel delivered. Example, tracking status shown delivered parcel on 20th. The last day accept the case is 22th.
我们只接受售后服务的有效期是收到包裹后的 3天内。例如，包裹显示20日已经签收，那么最后一天售后服务是22日。
2. Due to hygiene issue, only nightdress & pants set are accepted for exchange/return. Other collection of items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
出于卫生考虑，仅接受睡裙类&睡裤类的换货。其他商品一律不接受退换货或退款。这是贴身衣物，姐妹们下单前，需考虑清楚哦。
3. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be 如需退换货，商品必须：
- In original condition 保持原状
- With hang tags attached 吊牌齐全
- Unwashed, unworn, and unaltered 未经洗涤、穿着 & 改动
4. Return can only be done once per order. We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the requirements.
每笔订单仅限退货一次。如退货商品不符合退货要求，我们保留拒绝退货的权利。
5. It is deemed as you agree to the above T&C when payment is done.
当确认付款后视为顾客同意以上所有。
6. These are intimate apparel items, please think carefully before placing your order.
